📖 What is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It breaks work into focused intervals (traditionally 25 minutes), separated by short breaks — helping you stay sharp, avoid burnout, and get more done.
1 Pick a task you want to work on and click Start to begin a 25-minute focus session.
2 Work with full focus until the timer rings — no distractions, no phone!
3 Take a 5-minute short break when prompted. Stretch, breathe, grab water.
4 After every 4 focus sessions, reward yourself with a 15-minute long break.
5 Repeat the cycle. Customize session durations in Timer Settings to suit your style.
